Future Resilience develops the human, institutional, and geopolitical capacities needed to manage civilizational-scale transitions well. We conduct research on the inner development and adaptive capabilities individuals need to navigate AI-driven labor disruption, on governance mechanisms to keep AI development safe and accountable, and on the international frameworks needed to prevent technological competition from tipping into conflict.
